P4A 2026 Key Dates & Livestream Schedule

If you want timely updates about all things Project for Awesome, you can subscribe to our newsletter or follow us on Bluesky and Instagram. But, generally speaking, here’s what to expect over the course of the year.
All times are in EST (UTC/GMT−05:00).
- October 2025: Physical Nerdfighter Art submissions are open from Wednesday, October 1st at 12:00pm EST through Wednesday, October 29th.
- November 2025: Physical Nerdfighter Art volunteers are selected & contacted.
- December 2025: Matching Fund opens on Monday, December 1st at 12:00pm EST.
- January 2026: Video Submissions (to nominate a charity) open on Saturday, January 24th at 12:00pm EST.
- February 2026:
- Matching Fund & Video Submissions (to nominate a charity) close on Sunday, February 8th at 11:59am EST.
- Tiltify Campaign (with exclusive perks) & Video Voting (to recommend charities for P4A grants) are open from Tuesday, February 10th at 12:00pm EST through Wednesday, February 18th at 11:59am EST.
- Digital Nerdfighter Art submissions are open from Thursday, February 12th at 12:00pm EST through Wednesday, February 18th at 11:59am EST.
- P4A 2026 Livestream runs from Friday, February 13th at 12:00pm EST through Sunday, February 15th at 11:59am EST.
- March 2026: Perk fulfillment begins.
- April 2026: Perk fulfillment continues.
- May 2026: Winning charities and P4A 2026 Grants announced (estimated). Perk fulfillment continues.
- June 2026: P4A 2026 Grants distributed (estimated). Perk fulfillment completed (estimated).
Livestream Schedule
The P4A 2026 livestream will run from 12:00pm EST (UTC/GMT−05:00) on Friday, February 13th, through 11:59am EST on Sunday, February 15th.
This calendar will show the livestream schedule when it’s available, but with the unpredictability of live events, there may be changes even right before or during the stream. Even the best-laid plans can be derailed!
