In 2020 I started at Hope Haven in their Horsemanship program. I was one year post-chemo from treatment for stage four cancer. Hope Haven changed my life. Unlike many programs and camps, a participant doesn't age out of Hope Haven programming which means they serve a very broad community.

- Special Olympics Equestrian
- Recreational Therapy
- H.O.P.E Adult Day Program (Horses, Opportunities, Participation, Empowerment 18+ Day program)
- Hippotharapy (Physiotherapy)
- Camp Hope
- Saddle Up for Success (School's getting to come for 4-8 weeks on a weekly basis)
- Equine Assisted Learning (EAL)

Every lesson for a participant with diverse needs and disabilities at Hope Haven is subsidized by donations from either individuals or organizations so that families never pay the full amount on top of all the other medical expenses they face.
