Hear Your Song (www.hearyoursong.org) empowers children and teens with serious illnesses and complex health needs to make their voices heard through collaborative songwriting. Hear Your Song provides power and choice—and a microphone—to young people with a wide range of diagnoses, both physical and mental health conditions, that so often deprive them of both power and choice in their day-to-day lives.

Project for Awesome (www.projectforawesome.com) is an annual event where online communities come together to celebrate and raise money for their favorite charities and organizations. During Project for Awesome, hundreds of people post videos advocating for charities they love and admire. These videos are shared with the P4A community, and over the course of a 48-hour livestream, the community raises money for the charities.
