Cure CLCN6 is a 501(c)(3) public charity that is raising awareness of CLCN6 gene mutations, providing support and advocacy for affected children and their families, and funding the research and development of a first ever gene therapy for CLCN6 mutations.
The gene therapy that will be created will benefit all children with mutations on the CLCN6 gene, and also has broad implications for more effectively treating mutations that affect the central nervous system.
